The Hood CIX: The Snowman’s Not Done Until The Paperwork’s Done
Although to be fair, it actually does snow at least a couple of days each winter here in Texas. That’s when you can tell who all of the foreigners are. People from OTHER states actually know how to drive in snow. Texans just scream and say, “The sky is falling! God has forsaken the world!”
